Services and Digital Products:

• All services provided by Kentucky Marketing Group LLC, including but not limited to marketing strategy, social media management, website development, and consulting, are considered final.

• All digital products, including but not limited to downloadable guides, templates, and online courses, are also considered final.

• No returns or refunds will be issued for services rendered or digital products purchased.

• However, if you have any concerns or issues regarding the services or digital products you have received, please contact the owner of Kentucky Marketing Group LLC directly. We are committed to resolving any issues to your satisfaction on a case by case basis.

Physical Products:

• Physical products purchased through our website may be eligible for return, subject to owner approval.

• To request a return for a physical product, please contact the owner of Kentucky Marketing Group LLC within [Number] days of receiving your order.

• Returns will only be accepted for products that are in their original, unused condition and packaging.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
